2025 Edition
This long-established local tradition will celebrate its 24th edition on Friday, October 10th, 2025, at the New Brunswick Community College, Edmundston campus, and remains an eagerly awaited and appreciated event for the entire community. The $15 ticket allows everyone to start the day on the right foot, while contributing to an essential cause in our region. Whether you choose to enjoy your breakfast on-site or take advantage of our drive-thru service, you'll have the opportunity to share a convivial moment while supporting the projects of the ERH Foundation.
Precious student involvement
This activity would not be the same without the committed participation of students from several school programs, who join forces to offer a quality service while acquiring a concrete and enriching experience for their career. The commitment of these young people is not limited to mere participation: they bring the event to life and contribute directly to its success.
Culinary Arts and Professional Cuisine students
At the heart of lunch preparation, under the supervision of chefs Stéphane Tesson, Sylvain Boucher and Christian Sirois, they put their learning into practice and perfect their technique, preparing over 2,000 breakfast for participants every year.

Correctional Technology students
Guided by their teachers Ms. Doris Roy and Mr. Tony Collin, these students ensure safety in the parking lot. Their mission is to guide participants to ensure a smooth and safe flow of traffic, enabling everyone to enjoy a pleasant experience from the moment they arrive.
CDJeunes Bénévoles students
Supervised by Eric Levesque, they efficiently handle the drive-thru. Thanks to their dynamism and teamwork, participants who choose this option can pick up their breakfast quickly and smoothly.

Committed to fighting food waste
Aware of the importance of reducing food waste, the ERH Foundation offers the option of making a donation without receiving breakfast. This alternative allows those who wish to support the cause without necessarily eating to make their contribution.
Surplus food never goes to waste. At the end of each edition, the remaining breakfasts are donated to local organizations such as the R.A.D.O. Food Bank, Escale Madavic and nursing homes for people with special needs.
Profile of previous editions
Over the years, this event has brought together a community committed to the same goal: to make a concrete difference to the health of our region by taking care of yourself and the people around you. This not-to-be-missed event is much more than a simple breakfast, it's a unique opportunity to show your support while sharing a warm moment with family, colleagues or friends.
